Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Inotels online reservation system (“the Website”) and the booking of travel services listed on the platform. By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

Inotels is based in Egypt.

User Access & Security

• Internet access codes issued to users by Inotels must be kept secure and confidential at all times and must not be disclosed to any third party.
• Inotels reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and access without prior notice in cases of misuse, breach of these Terms, or failure to maintain good financial and payment standing.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings made through the Inotels system are subject to the terms specified within each booking’s cancellation and refund policy.
• Payments for products or services on the Website are processed securely via our approved payment provider.
• Only Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards are accepted, in USD, EUR, GBP, and EGP.
• Multiple bookings/transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
• All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties.

Payment Security

• Our payment gateway provider uses advanced fraud prevention systems that automatically review all transactions and notify us of any suspicious activity.
• We employ strict physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of information collected on our Website.

Booking Confirmation

• Users will be notified of the payment and booking status via email or electronic message through the system.
• If a confirmation email is not received within 48 hours, users must contact Inotels at reservations@inotels.com for assistance.

Eligibility

• Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, transact, or use the Website.
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records as well as merchant policies and rules.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of each booking.
• Refunds may be processed to the original payment method or provided as credit for future bookings.
• If a booking is not reconfirmed by the deadline, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Cancellation after reconfirmation will incur charges in accordance with the specific booking’s cancellation policy.

Delivery Policy

• Inotels provides reservation services only. No physical products are delivered.
• Inotels will not provide services or products to any countries subject to international sanctions, in compliance with Egyptian law.

Complaints Procedure

• Any complaint relating to services booked through Inotels must be reported immediately, during the trip, directly to the hotel, service provider, or Inotels support team.
• Complaints raised after the trip will be treated as feedback and will not result in compensation or remedial action, as Inotels was not given the opportunity to intervene during the stay.

Limitation of Liability

• Inotels acts solely as an intermediary between the user and the hotels, resorts, and service providers featured on the Website.
• While we take care to ensure accuracy of information and reliability of partners, Inotels does not own, manage, or control the services provided by third-party suppliers.

Inotels is not liable for:

• Service failures, delays, or deficiencies by hotels, transportation providers, or other suppliers.
• Any injury, loss, damage, accident, or expense arising from the use of services booked through the Website.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, epidemics, government restrictions).

Users acknowledge that any claims related to the delivery of services must be directed to the relevant service provider.

Accuracy of Information

• Information, descriptions, images, ratings, and facilities displayed on the Website are provided by third-party suppliers.
• While Inotels strives to ensure accuracy, it does not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or up to date, and shall not be held liable for inaccuracies or omissions.

Indemnity

By using the Website, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inotels, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Breach of these Terms by the user.
• Misuse of the Website or services.
• Violation of any third-party rights.

Force Majeure

Inotels shall not be liable for failure to perform, or delay in performance, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, war, or power/internet outages.

Modification of Terms

Inotels reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
